  • If you are ill with from asthma, take ladyfinger in your diet. Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties help curb the symptom.

  • Add a small amount of coconut oil in your tea. While providing a boost to your resistance power, it will relieve your throat too. 

  • Cinnamon is antioxidant, antiseptic and anti-diabetic. Adding a little cinnamon powder in the food significantly increases its anti-inflammatory property. 

  • Cucumbers have minerals such as fiber and magnesium along with potassium and are useful in regularizing blood pressure. 

  • One way that works very well in treating a cold sore is using a damp, warm cloth. This can be heated in the microwave. Be careful not to burn yourself.
